A recent storm took out a tree in our front yard which landed on the house and caused a lot of damage. Acclaimed Roofing sent a rep out immediately after we called and they were very detailed about our options. They worked with us to negotiate the insurance process and we're always prompt to return calls and retrieve quotes. We had a new roof in just a few days and it looks beautiful. Our minds were put at ease by these guys after a stressful incident - from start to finish the service was excellent!
Let me just say WOW. This company is outstanding, and I would highly recommend them to anybody shopping for a new roof. Our first home needed a new roof years ago, and after a NIGHTMARE experience (including misquotes, time delays, questionable work and a destroyed yard) we were really dragging our feet on replacing the roof on our new house. One day a nice young man knocked on our door offering a free quote, and we decided to go with it (knowing that we were long overdue for a roof). About a week later, our old roof was torn down, brought up to code, and a beautiful new roof was installed, all for way cheaper than we had anticipated. Throughout the whole process, everybody we spoke to either on the phone or at the site was professional, courteous, and even funny! We invited the crew back later in the evening for a BBQ, and they all agreed that my wife can make one heck of a margarita! Anybody intimidated by replacing their roof should call these guys, 5 stars on all fronts.
We worked with Acclaimed Roofing and had the most amazing experience. We had to get a new roof after the hail a few weeks ago. They made the whole claim process so easy! Their crews were very polite, professional, and left our property cleaner then it was when they arrived!! They got our roof done in one day!! How amazing is that!!
